This is a surface mounted universal stopper, a transparent polycarbonate call point cover.
It protects devices such as manual call points, emergency buttons, dual action pull stations, etc without restricting legitimate operation.
This cover offers protection against physical damage (both accidental and intentional), dust, grime, and severe environments inside and out.
Note: the manual call point is not included. This is the protective case only.
Surface Mounted Universal Call Point Stopper - Features
- Made from a tough polycarbonate plastic
- Finish: clear polycarbonate with red.
- Ideal for helping prevent false alarms on fire alarm break glass units
- The text "In Case of Fire - Lift Cover Break Glass" inscribed on the red shell.
- It provides a tough physical barrier to the call point, which can be lifted up to gain access to the break glass in event of a fire emergency situation.
- A simple 4 fixing installation can retrofit over existing device.
- It can accommodate either flush or surface mounted applications.
- Polycarbonate tested -40 degrees C (-40 degrees F) to 49 degrees C (120 degrees F).
- IP rating: IP56 rated, suitable for indoor use and outdoor use.
