This is the Knightsbridge SF1200MW, a 1 gang intermediate single switch in a matt white screwless flat metal plate.
It is made of high quality premium grade steel material, ultra-slim, complete with integral gasket. It is used when you have three switches controlling one light (for example, there's a switch at the bottom of the stairs, one at the top, and one at the end of the landing, and one of them - the one in the middle, at the top of the stairs - is intermediate).
