This is the Astro Lighting 7141 Pella 190 white plaster wall light for up-and-down lighting, a paintable wall light (SKU 1315002).
It can be spray painted with good quality paint and it uses 2 x GU10 max. 6W LED light bulbs (lamps not included).
Excellent for interior lighting both in domestic and in commercial environments, allowing you to change its color (paint it) as needed.
