This is the Astro Lighting 8406 Mitsu wall light (switched) in matt nickel requiring the lamp (max. 12W E27/ES LED lamp, not included) and the shade (it requires the Cone 173 white / black / oyster / putty).
It has a switch on its round base, and the head can be adjusted as needed - it is an adjustable cone wall-mounted fitting with a modern design.
