This is the Astro Lighting Mitsu table lamp (SKU 1394009) coming in a Matt Nickel finish.
The shade for this fitting is not included - it needs to be ordered separately, and it uses a Cone 173 Shade coming in White, Black, Oyster, Putty, and Mocha.
This table lamp is switched - it has an ON/OFF switch on the base of the fitting, and it has an adjustable head.
