The Cast Brass Thurso Oval, manufactured by Astro Lighting (SKU 1376006), is an oval-shaped flush-mounted light fixture for exterior lighting or for bathroom lighting. This product supersedes 1376002.

Please note: This product is not suitable for installation within 5 miles of the coast or in a high salt environment.

The contemporary oval frame has a cross design that covers its opal diffuser, and the Thurso’s make and feel ensure it is perfect for lighting doorways and porches, where it will have a welcoming aura to it. This cross design covers its E27/ES lamp (not included), and we highly recommend that using an energy-efficient LED bulb to save you on your energy bills. 

Manufacturer's note on brass care: Please note that natural brass is an untreated raw material and the finish will change over time. The structural integrity of the brass will remain, but as the product ages the surface will naturally oxidise and mottle, and in time will achieve a distinctive patina that is part of its charm. If you wish to maintain the original look of the brass for as long as possible, we recommend that the product is rinsed with fresh water every few months.
