The Airflow Loovent TM 01 has long been the most popular choice of bathroom fan that meets and exceeds the current building regulations. This fan is controlled by an integral adjustable timer from a light or door switch (adjustable for 1-7 minutes) to cut down on unnecessary energy usage.
Rated to IPx4, this model is suitable for mounting in bathrooms, ensuites, toilets, and utility rooms on the wall or ceiling. A fixing pack is supplied; the 01C is simply installed and requires little maintenance once fitted. This fan features a thermally protected motor and magnetic anti-backdraft flap for a long effective lifespan. For a higher airflow rate, take a look at the Loovent TM 01C.
