These Henley 54132-04 fuse carriers are mainly used in the 100 amp Triple Pole & Neutral 3 phase Cut Out where 2 of these units are mounted next to a Henley 54138-12 100 amp Single Pole & Neutral unit to effect a TP&N Cut Out along with the TP&N 54319-49 Cable Shroud.
