The polished chrome Mashiko 400 Square, manufactured by Astro Lighting, is a large, square indoor lighting fixture that can be mounted on the wall or ceiling of your home.
With its considerable size (400mm x 400mm), it is built to house four E27/ES bulbs (max. 40W each, not included), and we would highly recommend that you buy the more energy-efficient LED bulbs to save you on your energy bills.
The Mashiko 400 Square certainly has an Oriental-influenced style, which is perhaps reflected in its name. The polished chrome effect on the rims looks beautiful as it covers the white glass diffuser, with a single bronze square in the dead centre of the glass resembling a crest, and adding to the pieces ornamental value.
With an IP44 rating, it would look fantastic when placed anywhere in your home interior, especially featuring prominently in a landing, hallway, dining room, or even in the bathroom; you’ll definitely want to put this ornate model somewhere noticeable.
