This is the Astro Lighting 8592 Catena LED polished chrome mirror light, a 25cm diameter round mirror with adjustable arm, LED-lit mirror, and x5 magnification (Astro 1137003).

The integral LED light offers a 3000K warm white light with 216lm output, non-dimmable. It has an IP44 rating which makes it suitable for bathroom, and it can be extended from the wall max. 300mm (it has a folding / adjustable arm on a round base).

It is a switched bathroom mirror LED light, with ON/OFF switch on the bottom of the base of the fitting.

It is a wall-mounted chrome fitting with adjustable arm, a round mirror with LED light around it for bathroom use; when used, it can be turned ON via switch and it can be re-directed for best use, and when not in use, it can simply be folded on the wall and turned off.
